Stools arrived at my home in Hobart in good condition, for a very reasonable freight cost and on time.
Each stool was in a box and required assembly (as advertised) - 16 screws each stool but all supplied with the required Allen key - a bit tedious but not difficult.
I will shop at M & M again.

We like the chairs and they fit in well with our kitchen breakfast bar area. They were well packed and delivered on time as indicated. Assembly was fairly easy.
Only observation is that the adjustable screw/feet at the bottom of each leg could have been in a softer (padded) material. The plastic material scrapes on our wooden floors, so I removed them and added felt pads which work much better.

These stools are perfect in our kitchen. We sprayed the fabric with a protector (Protect-Me non-toxic fabric protector) so we aren't stressed about stains. They fit neatly under our bench. These have far exceeded our expectations. Absolutely love them.

The bar stools are exactly what we were looking for. There is a fault on one of the chairs. the wood has a drip of stain on it. I'm not sure on how to contact and get it sorted. I still would recommend the purchase. just need to sort out the drip.

I took a bit of a punt when I ordered 3 of these Emily bar stools, for my new kitchen as I had never ordered from Marc and Main before, had no idea what the quality was going to be like, or more importantly, sat in them to see if they were comfortable too!
But I needn’t have worried as they delivery process was prompt and efficient, they were easy to assemble, they were indeed great quality, comfortable and look fabulous in my new kitchen!
I am extremely pleased with them, so much so that I ordered 2 more for under my cafe window!

Great product: beautiful wood colour, quality staining, strong wood & metal foot bars & long lasting. Child safe & difficult to topple over. No need to move/drag & spoli floor...rotate 360 deg. Seats are easy to remove and change into the future. Service is good: choose, assembled for you, pick up, wrapped well so can't scratch during transport.

Such comfortable and nice looking stools! We were searching for something a bit different from the norm and loved this stool.
